The Hypopressive Project

The only fitness program you need to restore abdominal and pelvic health.

For the women who've tried it all and are tired of feeling just "fine.” You deserve so much more than the status quo. It’s your body, your life. You deserve to thrive.

Your body has been through a lot. It’s done marvelous things for you. Maybe you’ve accepted its current state as “normal” while also feeling:

  • Uncomfortable with ongoing pressure in your pelvic area. Everyone gets bloating and period pain, right?

  • Embarrassed by diastasis recti caused by your pregnancy. I guess I just won’t ever wear a bikini or halter again. Would I even want to?

  • Annoyed about the incontinence you’ve had since your baby’s birth. Do I really have to do kegel exercises for 6-12 months?

  • Disappointed when pulling your jeans over your belly after weeks of carb cutting, intermittent fasting, and crunches. The bloat won’t go away because I’m not working hard enough.

  • Worried about exercising after surgery. I need to feel better about myself but what if exercising hurts my recovery?

  • You’re grateful for your body. But you can’t help feeling it’s somehow letting you down. What if I never feel like myself again?

What if...

  • You could celebrate your body without subtle reminders of how it’s been holding you back?

  • You could live your life without pain and discomfort?

  • You could breathe your way into feeling better?

Welcome to The Hypopressive Project.
A Low Pressure Fitness Program that Helps You:

Connect with your breath

Strengthen your posture

Activate your pelvic floor

Change your life

How Does it Work?

Low Pressure Fitness classes focus on an abdominal vacuum technique known as the hypopressive maneuver.

Paired with postures that lengthen and strengthen your abdominal muscles, it's a safe and supportive way to engage your pelvic floor and deep core without the stress and impact of traditional exercise.

Like yoga and pilates, Low Pressure Fitness guides you through a series of active and restorative poses in a 45-60 minute class.

As you hold your breath and lift your ribcage through the movement, your diaphragm draws your organs upward, minimizing pressure and tension through your abdomen.

The result is a natural and comfortable lifting, strengthening, and toning of your core.

A Message from

Jenna Cornell, DPT

I want you to be present in your life without worrying about your body. And I want you to know there are gentler ways to build health than sweating through high-impact exercises.

It’s why I developed The Hypopressive Project in conjunction with my integrative physical therapy practice.

Feminine energy is stifled by our culture because women are so busy reacting to everything around them. When you make the decision to slow down and tune into your breath, you’ll discover new ways to unlock strength in your body.

I love guiding women through hypopressive exercises because the postures are designed to make you feel like a goddess. As we work through the movements and breathwork, your mindset aligns with power and healing.

Low Pressure Fitness can change your life. I know - because it’s changed my life and my clients’ lives.

Take it from Janice, a certified personal trainer and Low Pressure Fitness student:

“I suffered from a major diastasis recti abdominal separation for 9 years after having my son. I tried every core exercise you can imagine to fix it. Trust me, I know them all - none of them worked. I was even exploring surgery as a final option.

Since starting Low Pressure Fitness with Jenna, I’ve replaced all of my abdominal training with hypopressive exercises. In only 2 months, the separation has shown amazing improvement. And surgery is off the table.

Jenna knows everything behind this method. She’s incredible about breaking the movements down step by step. When I take her online class, I don’t even have to watch her to see what to do next. Her instruction is so clear that I can close my eyes and follow her cues. I’m confident I’m doing it right because I can feel my core lift and tighten while working through the poses.

Ready to Give Hypopressive Exercises a Try?

Of course, you can keep counting your kegel squeezes and wondering if you’re even doing them right. Or crush away at your core through sets of agonizing, boring crunches.

But why, when there’s a gentler way?

Colleen is a student of Jenna Cornell’s Low Pressure Fitness classes.

My perception of abdominal training has completely turned on its head. It amazes me how something more enjoyable and easier than traditional abdominal training is actually more productive!

I came to Jenna with back, hip, and pelvic pain, bladder prolapse, constipation, digestive sluggishness, scar tissue from birth trauma, and lots of anxiety about my pelvic floor and ability to function comfortably. Low Pressure Fitness has relieved my symptoms in every area and then some.

After my third baby, my whole body was uncomfortable with daily movement. I needed more help than just regular pelvic floor therapy to feel like myself again. By supporting me with an at-home hypopressive practice, Jenna has helped bring my posture, and my life, back in alignment. I feel whole again!
